Reporting to the **Production Manager**, responsible for managing a production line and ensuring proper utilization of human resources, materials, machinery, and time to correctly execute production plans. **A Day in the Life:** * Monitor daily production plan execution. * Manage and develop personnel under supervision. * End-to-end process ownership. * Bottleneck analysis. * Hourly production target attainment. * Work order closing. **Experience We’re Seeking to Add to Our Team:** * Engineering degree or related experience. * Experience in low- and high-volume manufacturing. * Experience in metal-mechanical manufacturing (integration). * Production supervisor experience. * Knowledge of problem-solving tools (coretool). * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. * Familiarity with production control systems (series, flows, traceability). * Personnel management skills. * General Excel proficiency. * 5S. * English is a plus. * Availability for Shift 3. * ERP knowledge (Baan and FlexFlow) would be a plus. **What You’ll Receive for Your Outstanding Work:** * Competitive salary. * Life and GMM insurance. * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * Meal vouchers. * Savings fund.
