MP Quality Supervisor

Job Summary: This role is responsible for ensuring product and process quality through inspections, verifications, audits, and follow-up on corrective and preventive actions. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for inspection, verification, and monitoring of quality controls. 2. Conducts physicochemical tests and procedural audits. 3. Generates and follows up on corrective and preventive actions. **Requirements** 1\. Industrial Engineer, Food Engineering, Chemist, or related field 2\. Minimum 1 year of experience 3\. Flexible working hours **Responsibilities** * Conduct inspection, verification, and monitoring rounds of controls, procedures, and records across unit operations, in accordance with established quality control plans and requirements—both for processes and products. * Perform sampling and in-process testing for both in-process and finished products. * Conduct necessary physicochemical tests to accept or reject finished products according to established specifications. * Audit adherence to established operational procedures and quality standards (e.g., records, production and operational documents). * Inspect, verify, and report compliance with quality standards for manufacturing processes. * Generate and follow up on corrective and preventive actions related to unit operations and manufactured products. * Implement and monitor Quality Assurance procedures for processes and products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality requirements. * Follow up on non-conformities identified on the shop floor, originating from either process or product. * Follow up on product warranty-related non-conformities reported by customers and/or identified during internal monitoring. * Support the receiving inspection team as required. * Maintain daily quality reports and logs up to date. * Comply with monitoring activities defined in the quality plan. * Accompany and monitor the pest control service provider. * Accompany and analyze living and inert surfaces according to regional requirements. * Coordinate the silo zero program. * Perform sanitary access dosing according to regional requirements. * Manage retention samples and reference samples. **Competencies** 1\.
