Each day you will face **new and interesting challenges** in your role, for which you will be responsible: * Consolidating your current market and increasing client numbers and market share while fostering client loyalty. * Visiting clients and prospects to generate business. * Identifying client needs and advising them on GF Banorte’s products and services, preparing and/or requesting corresponding quotations and simulations. * Promoting and closing sales of the institution’s products and services, adhering to service quality and client satisfaction standards. * Fostering loyalty and developing profitable clients through high-quality service and cross-selling of products and services. * Taking necessary actions to ensure the profitability of assigned clients meets institutional criteria. * Supervising the overall operation of the branch—including service levels, client satisfaction, administrative and operational processes—by leveraging required reports for branch management. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics (degree completed). * Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Banking. * Credit knowledge and analysis skills. * Strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, ability to work under pressure, excellent verbal communication skills, and interpersonal relationship skills. * **Valid AMIB Certification.** At Banorte, we operate under a principle of equal opportunity.
