We distinguish ourselves through **technical excellence**, **innovation**, and a deep commitment to the **personal and professional growth** of our team members. **Position Objective** To provide comprehensive administrative support through accurate management of **procurement, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, treasury, and payment complements**, ensuring document accuracy, tax compliance, and timely service to both internal and external clients. **Key Responsibilities: Billing and Tax Compliance (CFDI 4.0)** * Issue, validate, and transmit electronic invoices. * Manage credit notes, cancellations, and re-invoicing. * Prepare and submit **payment complements**. * Maintain control of XML/PDF files in both digital and physical archives. **Accounts Receivable** * Timely follow-up on outstanding invoices. * Payment identification and bank reconciliations. * Communication with clients regarding balances, clarifications, and fiscal documentation. **Accounts Payable** * Receipt and validation of supplier invoices. * Verification of pricing, purchase orders, and payment dates. * Payment scheduling and reconciliation with suppliers. **Treasury** * Daily recording of banking transactions. * Petty cash control and cash flow management. * Preparation of basic financial reports. **Procurement** * Support in creation and tracking of purchase orders. * Requesting quotations and liaising with suppliers. * Management of requisitions and verification of deliveries. **Reception and General Administrative Functions** * Handling phone calls, visitors, and courier packages. * Routing correspondence and managing internal messaging. * General support to accounting, sales, and customer service departments. **Requirements** * Gender: Male or Female * Age: 25–50 years * Education: Completed bachelor’s degree (preferred) Solid knowledge of **CFDI 4.0 invoicing** * Proficiency with SAT keys, payment methods, and tax catalogs * Experience in administrative processes: collections, payments, procurement, treasury * **Experience with ERP ODOO (preferred)** * Intermediate Excel skills * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal communication with internal and external clients **We Offer** * Complimentary uniforms * Major medical expense insurance * Dental insurance * Savings fund * Work environment focused on human and professional development **Additional Compensation** * Punctuality and attendance bonuses * Performance bonus * Career development plan * Continuous training for all positions Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00–$17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Savings fund * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
