**Triturados GASA** is seeking your talent as: **Maintenance Manager** Key Responsibilities: * Planning and Scheduling: Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules (time-based, usage-based, or condition-based) for the entire fleet. * Task Supervision: Lead the technical team in inspections, lubrication, filter replacement, and worn-part replacement. * Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of spare parts, tools, and consumables. * Analysis and Reporting: Generate maintenance reports, analyze data to identify failure patterns, and propose improvements to procedures. * External Coordination: Manage contractors and external service providers when required. * Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations across all operations. Skills and Requirements: * Technical/Engineering Education: Preferably with studies in industrial maintenance. * In-Depth Knowledge: Understanding of heavy machinery systems (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical). * Leadership and Organization: Ability to lead teams and manage resources effectively. * Software Proficiency: Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and spreadsheets. * Knowledge of Heavy Machinery and Crushing Equipment (brands or equivalents such as Metso, Caterpillar, McCloskey, Atlas Copco, Astec, Anaconda) **Location: PROLONGACION CAMINO A LA MEMBRILLERA, KM 3 SANTA ROSA, 45856 JALISCO, Jal.** Position Type: Full-time Salary: $4,000.00 – $5,000.00 per week Workplace: On-site
