




Position Summary: Perform light services and repairs, diagnostics, quality control, and tool and workshop maintenance in accordance with established guidelines. Key Responsibilities: 1. Efficient repairs and services conducted under operational guidelines. 2. Quality control in repairs and tracking of returned units. 3. Tool maintenance and workshop cleaning according to the 5S methodology. TECHNICIAN B Efficiently perform all light services and repairs according to the operational guidelines established by CNHMX. Carry out repairs following instructions derived from diagnostics performed by a Technician A, Master Technician, or Workshop Supervisor. Record tasks performed individually for each unit in detail and clearly. Locate required spare parts. Conduct quality control upon completion of each repair and/or service. Report all customer comments to the Workshop Supervisor. Perform field services and/or repairs while adhering to the operational and administrative procedures established by the distributor. Maintain assigned tools and shared workshop tools in proper working condition. Keep the workshop and tools clean, applying the 5S principles. Manage storage of hazardous waste and area cleaning. Conduct detailed tracking of "returned units," identifying causes of return and reporting such situations to the Workshop Supervisor.
