Metal-mechanical industry company is seeking: **Position Objective** Coordinate, supervise, and optimize the company's human, material, and financial resources, ensuring the proper operation of administrative, production, and logistical processes, to guarantee profitability, efficiency, and regulatory compliance in the metal\-mechanical industry. **Main Responsibilities** * **General resource management:** * Supervise financial planning, budgets, and expense control. * Manage purchasing, inventory, warehouse, and asset control. * Control accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow. * **Operational management:** * Coordinate with the production department to meet targets, timelines, and deliveries. * Supervise maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facilities. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety and hygiene regulations. * **Personnel management:** * Lead recruitment, training, and employee evaluation. * Promote discipline, motivation, and adherence to internal policies. * Coordinate the implementation of the Internal Work Regulations. * **Legal and regulatory compliance:** * Ensure fulfillment of tax, labor, and environmental obligations. * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Manage licenses, permits, and official documentation. * **Strategic planning:** * Support in setting institutional goals and growth plans. * Analyze financial and operational indicators for decision-making. * Promote continuous improvement of administrative and production processes. **Technical Competencies** * Solid knowledge of **general accounting, finance, and budgetary control**. * Proficiency in **advanced Excel, ERP, or administrative systems**. * Knowledge of **industrial safety standards (STPS)** and **environmental regulations**. * Basic understanding of **metal\-mechanical production processes**. * Ability to develop and analyze performance indicators (KPIs). **Education** * **Education level:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related field. * **Desirable:** Master's degree or diploma in Business Management or Finance. * **Required Experience** * Minimum **5 years of experience** in general administration or operational management. * Knowledge of **production processes, logistics, and industrial maintenance**.
