Professional development in private security. **GRUPO MAYA PROTECCIÓN PERSONAL PRIVADA Y EMPRESARIAL SA DE CV is seeking a Private Security Supervisor in San Juan \- San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jalisco** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Objective:** Ensure operational efficiency, discipline, and service quality in security operations by supervising personnel, controlling assigned weapons, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal protocols to protect facilities, assets, and people. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise personnel attendance, punctuality, appearance, and performance. * Manage inventory, custody, cleaning, and maintenance of firearms and ammunition, ensuring their legal and safe use. * Verify accurate completion of logs, incident reports, and patrol records. * Conduct inspection rounds at service locations to correct procedures and identify risks. * Train personnel on firearm handling, security protocols, and emergency response. * Coordinate responses to thefts, disturbances, or risky situations, and prepare detailed reports. * Maintain direct communication with clients and authorities to evaluate and improve service quality. **Requirements:** * Education: High school diploma. * Documentation: Discharged military service card (Cartilla Liberada). * Experience: Minimum 3 years in private security. * Knowledge of firearm usage. **Competencies:** * Extensive knowledge of legal regulations and tactical operations. * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills under pressure. * Familiarity with laws and regulations governing private security. * Effective communication skills and ability to manage reports/documentation. * Integrity, responsibility, and professional appearance. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $16,000 MXN (tax-free). * Statutory benefits. * Savings fund. * Life insurance. * 24-hour shift schedule (24 x 24\).
