Together, we can transform the future of health and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employment Type** Trust-Based Position **Position Objective** Improve the company's various processes to meet quality requirements while operating at the lowest possible operational cost, leading the value chain with a high level of decision-making in collaboration with Plant Management. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Diagnose and manage end-to-end company processes that support increased productivity. * Calculate and define installed capacity and staffing requirements per manufacturing line. * Establish and direct work strategies that foster a culture of operational excellence. * Evaluate and develop measurement methods to support decision-making. * Execute required activities to ensure compliance with the company's established policies on safety, hygiene, and environmental matters. * Manage improvement projects, variations, and cycle time. Experience * Industrial Engineering and Continuous Improvement (verifiable through Six Sigma / Lean application) \- 5 years. Knowledge * Continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) * Implementation of improvements in Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Administrative Processes * LSSBB Certification (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt).
