(Degree required) * English: Intermediate * Willingness to travel: Occasionally * Intermediate proficiency in AI, APIs (OpenAI/Azure), automation, data fundamentals (SQL/Python), and prompt engineering **\-We Offer:** * Monthly salary: $25,000\.00 to $32,000\.00, tax-free. * Weekly payment. * Statutory benefits. * Productivity bonus. * Direct hiring. * Hybrid work model: On-site and remote. * Ongoing training. * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM (on-site) and 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (remote) **\-Specific Knowledge and Skills:** * **Skills**: Administer and optimize the Zoho ERP and the organization’s technological systems, ensuring operational continuity, information security, and service availability through a stable, secure, and efficient infrastructure—enhancing productivity and continuous improvement using technological tools and artificial intelligence. **General Job Responsibilities:** Ensure organizational technological stability, security, and evolution through strategic administration of systems, infrastructure, ERP, and digital tools—driving operational efficiency, automation, and business technological transformation. **\-Planning Activities:** · Plan system and technological infrastructure operations and continuity. · Plan cybersecurity measures and preventive maintenance. · Plan cybersecurity measures and preventive maintenance. \-**Execution Activities:** · Implement AI tools (chatbots, process automation, internal assistants, data analysis). · Integrate AI APIs into internal systems. · Configure, administer, and provide support for ZOHO ERP modules (Projects, Books, Inventory, CRM, People, Desk, Sprints, etc.). · Design workflows, automations, reports, and dashboards. · Document processes, workflows, and configuration matrices. · Manage user roles, permissions, and access rights. · Monitor and ensure correct data synchronization across modules. · Coordinate incidents with Zoho support and third-party vendors. · Provide technical and functional support for modules. · Train users and track issues and improvements. · Develop internal user manuals and guides. · Manage and maintain computing equipment, peripherals, printers, networks, and internet connections. · Administer the internal network, WiFi configurations, routers, firewalls, and security. · Manage inventories of new, used, and obsolete equipment. · Implement and monitor cybersecurity and technology usage policies. · Administer backups and access policies. · Maintain updated inventory of tokens, access credentials, software licenses, and subscriptions. · Provide first- and second-level technical support to all departments. · Enforce security controls (passwords, access rights, backups, antivirus, usage policies). · Manage new user onboarding, offboarding, account lockouts, and permission assignments. · Monitor compliance with internal policies, NOMs, guidelines, and best practices. · Prevent data leaks and technological risks. · Coordinate technology improvement projects. · Administer contracts, renewals, licenses, and warranties. · Document technical procedures, instructions, and manuals. · Propose continuous improvements to optimize processes and automations.
