Key Responsibilities: * Achieve monthly portfolio recovery targets by managing the collection process and account escalation. * Ensure that 90% of the portfolio remains under 30 days past due. * Apply and generate required documentation for payments reflected in account statements, in compliance with tax regulations. * Update the Weekly Cash Flow Report using SAP system projection data (13-week horizon). * Comply with client-mandated processes to ensure timely payment of issued invoices. * Generate invoices for assigned business units accurately and on schedule during month-end closing.
