Together, we can transform the future of health and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employee Type** Trust **Position Objective** Coordinate the unit dispatch process, controlling docks and yard, ensuring delivery to the end customer, product quality, and on-time delivery according to established standards and procedures. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Ensure timely dispatch with complete documentation so deliveries are made on time and according to customer requirements. * Generate, analyze, and consolidate strategic information from the Dispatch area in order to measure performance, promptly detect deviations and operational issues, and establish continuous improvement actions that ensure efficiency, service quality, and achievement of operational objectives. * Perform necessary activities for the identification and recovery of delivery confirmations to guarantee timely payment to suppliers. * Perform activities related to maintenance and proper physical condition of transportation units. * Perform activities related to personnel management.
