Design and manage integrations with CAD, ERP, and custom systems **Windchill PLM Technical Lead – Hybrid in Guadalajara** ======================================================== We are seeking a highly skilled **Windchill PLM Technical Lead** with 7\+ years of experience to join a long\-term enterprise project. This role focuses on leading development teams, implementing PLM solutions, and ensuring best practices in Windchill environments aligned with engineering and manufacturing processes. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Lead development and support of Windchill PLM applications. * Provide technical leadership, including code reviews and best practices enforcement. * Design, customize, and configure Windchill components such as PDMLink, MPMLink, Workflow, OIR, and InfoEngine. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams in engineering and manufacturing environments. * Design and manage integrations with CAD, ERP, and custom systems. * Ensure system performance, scalability, and security. * Support data migration and system optimization initiatives. * Work with development tools and version control systems. **Technical Skills Required** ----------------------------- * 7\+ years of experience in Windchill PLM development and support * Strong experience with Windchill modules (PDMLink, MPMLink, Workflow, OIR, InfoEngine) * Strong programming skills in Java, J2EE, JSP, JavaScript, XML * Experience with Eclipse, Git/SVN, and DevOps tools (YAML) * Experience with Oracle SQL and database queries * Knowledge of CAD data management and Change Management processes * Experience integrating Windchill with ERP (e.g., SAP) and CAD systems **Qualifications** ------------------ * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field * Advanced English * Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills **Location \& Schedule** ------------------------ * Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco (Hybrid) * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM **We Offer** ------------ * Premium benefits in Aguinaldo, Vacations, and Prima Vacacional. * Insurance SGMM, Life, and others (Dental \& Visual) * Grocery coupons, Safe Founding, and Bonuse **Apply Now** ------------- If you are interested, please apply with your updated CV in English.
