Responsibilities: Identify training needs in the field and office. Support onboarding of newly hired staff. Follow up on performance evaluations. Administer workplace climate surveys. Update job descriptions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience (preferably in construction).
