Management of recruitment metrics Recruitment Analyst Job Description: A growing company is looking for a Recruitment Analyst responsible for executing talent attraction processes to ensure timely fulfillment of operational, administrative, and specialized vacancies. Responsibilities: Posting vacancies on various recruitment sources. Active candidate sourcing (headhunting). Resume screening and initial interviews. Coordinating interviews with internal clients. Candidate follow-up throughout the entire process. Management of recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, sourcing channels, etc.). Support in talent attraction strategies and continuous process improvement. Requirements: Completed bachelor's degree (Psychology, Business Administration or related field). Intermediate English (ability to conduct basic interviews or written communication). Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and selection. Experience using job boards and social media.
