Position: Payroll Manager Location: Central Zone of Guadalajara Company: LINK BITS Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field (completed). Minimum 5 years’ verifiable experience as Payroll Manager in payroll preparation and administration. Solid knowledge of: IMSS, SUA, FONACOT, and INFONAVIT portals. Payroll Tax calculation. Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas). Experience using NOMINPAQ. High level of organization, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Management of multiple Employer Registration Numbers. Main Responsibilities: Preparation and calculation of weekly/biweekly payroll. Employee registrations, cancellations, and modifications with IMSS. Determination of taxes and fulfillment of employer obligations. Monitoring and reconciliation of payroll incidents (absences, disabilities, vacations, leaves). Personnel file administration and document control. Assisting employees with payroll-related matters. Calculation and processing of severance payments, settlements, and annual adjustments. Preparation of reports for internal and external audits. We Offer: Salary: $22,000 monthly, net Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Job stability Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, plus one Saturday per month on call from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Fixed Sunday rest.
