Prepare monthly operational performance statistics and reports. Present results and key performance indicators to Management. Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel for process control. Participate in the implementation and documentation of operational processes. Collaborate with all departments for data collection and analysis. Support operational strategy planning and execution.
