Join our mission to transform the restaurant industry with innovative technology! **What will you do?** * Resolve technical inquiries through various channels (phone, email). * Perform software diagnostics and provide effective solutions to issues reported by customers. * Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base with common solutions and best practices. * Train customers on basic and advanced software usage, as needed. * Escalate complex issues to the senior technical support team or development team when necessary. **What do you need?** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. * Basic knowledge of technical support or customer service in the software domain. * Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux). * Basic knowledge of networks and databases. * Familiarity with CRM platforms. **Our Benefits** * Salary with 100% IMSS payroll structure. * Statutory benefits from day one (vacation, year-end bonus, profit-sharing, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, etc.). * Birthday off. * Employee benefits across various business establishments. * Ongoing training and development. * Recreational activities.
