Support in the management and control of SIROC for construction projects. **Job Description:** INDE Mexico, a developer with presence in Jalisco and Los Cabos, seeks a **REPSE and SIROC Compliance Analyst**, with a strong sense of organization, analytical thinking, and experience in subcontracting and construction regulations. **Responsibilities:** ✅ Supervise and ensure **REPSE** compliance by our contractors. ✅ Verify correct integration and updating of documentation on official platforms. ✅ Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with legal provisions. ✅ Provide support in the management and control of **SIROC** for construction projects. ✅ Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure proper registration and compliance with requirements. ✅ Prepare compliance reports and identify potential risks or areas for improvement. **Requirements:** ✔ **Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or related field** ✔ Solid knowledge of **REPSE and SIROC**. ✔ Experience with subcontracting regulations and construction sector regulations. ✔ **Strong sense of organization and analytical thinking.** ✔ Proficiency in government platforms and digital tools. **We Offer:** **Full-time employment contract.** **Salary: $16,000 \- $19,000 MXN** (based on experience). **Professional growth** in a dynamic and continuously evolving environment.
