We are looking for a Photovoltaic Construction Resident responsible for supervising and coordinating installations, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and adherence to execution timelines. *Position Objective*: To supervise and coordinate photovoltaic installations on-site, guaranteeing proper project execution, construction quality, and compliance with established standards. *Responsibilities*: * Field supervision of photovoltaic installations * Coordination of work crews * Progress monitoring and quality assurance of construction * Conducting technical surveys * Direct client interaction * On-site incident resolution *Requirements*: Electrical or electromechanical engineering degree or related field (preferred) 2–4 years of experience in electrical or photovoltaic installations Proven fieldwork experience (mandatory) *Technical Knowledge*: * Photovoltaic systems * NOM-001-SEDE regulations * Interconnection processes with CFE (preferred) * Reading and interpretation of electrical drawings *Skills*: * Field leadership * Organization and activity tracking * Problem-solving * Effective communication We seek a candidate who is: Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of making on-site decisions—ensuring project quality and supporting operational optimization.
