




Job Summary: Coordination and control of various condominium operations, including resident services, reservation management, and vehicle access control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages reservations, vehicle access, and condominium assets. 2. Controls collections, payments to suppliers, and petty cash. 3. Supports assemblies, communications, and event coordination. RESIDENT SERVICES. HOUSE CLUB RESERVATION CONTROL. VEHICLE ACCESS CONTROL (TAGS), EMPLOYEES AND DOMESTIC STAFF. CONDOMINIUM ASSET CONTROL. COLLECTION CONTROL FOR MAINTENANCE FEES, EVENTS, AND PENALTIES. DELIVERY OF INTERNAL REGULATIONS AND VERIFICATION OF PROPERTY REGISTRATIONS WITHIN THE CONDOMINIUM. PREPARATION OF QUOTATIONS FOR OFFICE USE. SUPPLIER PAYMENT CONTROL. PETTY CASH CONTROL. CONSTRUCTION AND REMODELING CONTROL (CONSTRUCTION BONDS). MOVING IN/OUT CONTROL. COMMUNICATIONS AND NOTICES. EVENT COORDINATION. SUPPORT FOR BOTH ORDINARY AND EXTRAORDINARY ASSEMBLIES.
