**INTERNATIONAL CARGO SUPERVISOR**
**JOB SUMMARY:** Supervise and coordinate international air cargo operations, ensuring compliance with customs, security, and operational procedures, as well as proper handling, documentation, and delivery of cargo in accordance with airline guidelines, regulatory authorities, and PrimeFlight standards.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
* Coordinate and supervise the receipt, inspection, documentation, stowage, loading, and unloading of international cargo.
* Verify that all processes comply with customs regulations (SAT, AFAC, SENASICA) and security requirements (AVSEC).
* Supervise operational staff in handling general cargo, perishables, live animals, dangerous goods, etc.
* Validate required documentation for cargo import and export.
* Coordinate with customs brokers, airlines, bonded warehouses, and authorities to ensure smooth logistics flow.
* Ensure adherence to client-defined service level agreements (SLAs).
* Monitor appropriate use of specialized equipment (forklifts, conveyor belts, scanners, etc.).
* Address and report operational incidents, anomalies, or cargo shortages.
* Guarantee correct implementation of cargo security protocols (RA3, secure chain).
* Prepare daily reports, flight logs, incident records, and operational metrics.
**REQUIRED PROFILE:** Minimum 2–3 years of experience in international air cargo operations.
**SKILLS:** Operation equipment handling, process tracking, effective communication, and attention to detail
**LANGUAGES:** Intermediate English
**KNOWLEDGE**
**REQUIRED:** International customs procedures and documentation, air cargo security regulations (AVSEC, ICAO, IATA), dangerous goods handling
**EDUCATION:** Completed high school or technical degree (Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Customs, or related field preferred)
