Customer service and training **A well-established gasoline-sector company located in Zapopan is seeking a Shift Supervisor.** **Responsibilities:** * Assist with tanker unloading. * Inventory management. * Supervision of assigned personnel. * Coordinate the maintenance team. * Shift cash reconciliations and closures. * Customer service. * Training of new employees. * Excellent process execution. **Requirements:** * Completed technical or general high school diploma, or incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree. * **Personnel management experience.** * Cash handling experience. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Excellent customer service skills. **We offer:** * **Base salary of 11,000 MXN + 4,500 MXN upon achievement of objectives.** * IMSS coverage from day one. * Statutory benefits. * Profit-sharing (PTU). * Uniforms. * Minor medical expenses coverage. * Career development opportunities. **WORK LOCATION** Av.
