




**The Collection Manager is responsible for managing and recovering outstanding customer debts. Their primary objective is to minimize losses from uncollectible debts and maintain a good relationship with customers.** *Responsibilities:* 1\. Debt Management: Identify and manage customers' outstanding debts. 2\. Customer Communication: Contact customers to remind them of their debts and negotiate payment plans. 3\. Strategy Development: Develop strategies to recover debts and minimize losses. *Skills and Competencies:* 1\. Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with customers. 2\. Negotiation: Ability to negotiate payment plans and agreements with customers. 3\. Analysis: Ability to analyze customers' financial and credit information. 4\. Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. 5\.
