Position Summary: Coordinate and supervise productive activities, ensuring quality, personnel safety, and adherence to the production schedule. Key Highlights: 1. Position Objective Coordinate area activities to meet the daily production schedule according to company and consumer requirements, specifications, and quality standards, ensuring timely and proper delivery of the product. Ensure the integrity of assigned personnel through organization-established safety programs. List of Activities Personnel Management and Operational Coordination Administer and coordinate the activities of assigned personnel to achieve daily objectives (roles and payroll incidents). Ensure all workers understand and comply with company-established safety procedures and regulations. Coordinate the daily 5-minute safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) meeting. Participate in personnel selection in collaboration with the Human Capital department. Review product inventory in the area. Supervise productivity per workstation, verifying cleanliness and order. Verify finished product deliveries to the warehouse against the production schedule. Supervise proper use of materials to prevent waste (rework, confiscations, water, etc.). Complete and submit production reports and internal controls to the Production Manager and administrative staff. Ensure equipment is in good condition and used correctly. Verify temperature parameters, product presentation, and materials used according to the control plan. Verify measuring equipment according to the HACCP plan. Supervise equipment washing and sanitization according to SOPs. Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Ensure process safety to deliver products free from contaminants. Verify implementation of the SQF system at critical control points (CCPs). Monitor implementation of HACCP, SQF, GMP, and 5S programs in the work area. Apply procedures corresponding to the area of responsibility. SIGMA is committed to promoting talent development.
