Project analysis for optimization and work supervision A construction company with over 10 years of experience, specializing in steel structures, is opening a position: Construction Resident. Position Requirements: Civil Engineer or Architect (intern or licensed). Minimum 2 years of experience in steel structures in a similar role. Willingness to travel. Responsibilities: Reading and interpreting basic engineering and workshop drawings; Client communication; Coordinating suppliers and contractors; Coordinating and supervising logistics for operational personnel (site\-workshop) and project equipment; Material requisitions and quotations; Analyzing projects to optimize material usage and execution time; Preparing construction schedules; Preparing estimates and cost projections; Team collaboration; Working under pressure and toward targets; Work supervision. Required Knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate level); AutoCAD (intermediate or advanced level). We Offer: Statutory benefits; $4,200 weekly.
