Service Excellence: Serve as the guardian of the customer experience, guaranteeing prompt, friendly, and professional service. Sales Orientation: Train and motivate the team on suggestive selling techniques to increase the average ticket value. Conflict Resolution: Proactively and empathetically resolve any customer issues or internal team situations.
