




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage the procurement cycle, from catalog updates to supplier negotiations and requirement follow-up. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end supplier and product management 2. Requirement negotiation and follow-up 3. Development of problem-solving and numerical skills 1. Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Marketing and/or International Business, with procurement experience—preferably in manufacturing and/or industrial maintenance. Minimum of 2 years of procurement experience is mandatory. 2. Main Responsibilities: Update the company’s supplier catalog. Update the product and service catalog. Request quotations from suppliers. Prepare purchase orders and payment requests. Receive goods and services. Manage warranties and returns with suppliers. Track spare parts and material requirements. Negotiate with suppliers. 3. Skills and Competencies: Numerical proficiency Proficient Excel skills Problem-solving ability Ability to work under pressure Initiative Sense of responsibility Sense of urgency 4.
