Production Control Analyst

Job Summary: Responsible for tracking and controlling production orders and rework, ensuring plan compliance and coordinating across multiple departments. Key Highlights: 1. Tracking and control of production order and rework execution. 2. Coordination with key departments to maximize daily and weekly production. 3. Continuous process improvement and generation of key reports. **Job Objective** Responsible for tracking and controlling the timely and accurate execution of production orders and re\-work, ensuring proper warehouse picking and kitting according to the schedule established by Planning Control. Guarantees compliance with daily and weekly production plans, promptly notifying any deviations impacting customer commitments. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitoring production plans and making daily adjustments based on actual results. * Monitoring re\-work against finished goods. * Coordination with Fulfillment, Materials, Manufacturing, Engineering, Equipment, Testing, Kitting, and Warehouse departments. * Maximizing daily and weekly production in line with installed capacity. * Maintenance and updating of Work Orders. * Monitoring and controlling WO serial aging in SFC. * Monthly measurement of installed capacity vs. utilization on SMT and Backend lines. * Continuous updating and improvement of Planning Control processes. * Periodic generation and backup of key reports. * Timely escalation of risks affecting plan compliance. * Working with a strong sense of urgency and customer orientation. * Compliance with Quality, EHS, Asset Security, NOM\-035, Ethics, Social Responsibility, and Information Security systems. **Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in planning, production control, or related areas. **Languages:** Intermediate English desirable (business reading and communication).
