Participation in strategic technology projects **We are hiring!** **ERP Engineer** **Grupo Tarahumara** At **Grupo Tarahumara**, we are looking for an **ERP Engineer** to join our Systems team to ensure the operation, maintenance, and evolution of our technological platforms. ### **Main Responsibilities** **Daily Operations** * Handling and tracking support tickets related to **ERP, QlikView, Access, Queries, HOB, and RDS**. * Proactive monitoring of ERP functionality and log analysis. * Immediate response to critical incidents affecting system operations. * ERP user administration, permission management, and configuration. * Updating the ERP and databases on **SQL Server** to their latest versions. * Implementing internally developed or vendor-provided enhancements or adaptations. * Daily monitoring of disk space, data backups, and database and server security. * Participation in implementation projects for ERP-related modules or applications. ### **Desired Profile** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, or a related field. * Experience working with **ERP systems and SQL Server databases**. * Knowledge of **technical support, log analysis, SQL queries, and system administration**. * Experience in end-user support and management of technology vendors. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and problem-solving capability. ### **We Offer** * Join a stable and growing company. * Participation in strategic technology projects. * Professional development and continuous learning. * Statutory benefits. * Gross monthly salary: $11,500 * Attendance bonus: $1,150 * Punctuality bonus: $1,150 * Monthly food vouchers: $1,150 * Additional benefits upon achieving permanent employment status
