Support inventory control and organization **About the Position** We are looking for a responsible and experienced Forklift Operator to join our warehouse and production team. If you have experience operating various types of forklifts and knowledge of safety regulations, we want to meet you! **Main Responsibilities** * Operate forklifts safely and efficiently for material movement within the facility * Load and unload materials from trucks, racks, and storage areas * Ensure proper handling and storage of products to prevent damage * Comply at all times with safety regulations and company policies * Conduct daily equipment inspections and report malfunctions or maintenance needs * Support inventory control, stock movement, and organization * Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area according to 5S standards * Assist with general warehouse or production tasks as required **Requirements** * Completed high school (preferred) * Technical certification in forklift operation (preferred or equivalent experience) * Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a forklift operator in warehouse or manufacturing environments * Experience with various forklift types (sit-down, stand-up, or reach truck preferred) * Solid knowledge of safety procedures and material handling practices * Experience with inventory management or warehouse tracking systems is an advantage **We Offer** * Monthly salary: $13,500 * Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus, vacation premium) * Fixed schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8 AM – 4 PM * On-site position at Kampus Santa Rosa, Carr. a Chapala * Dynamic work environment in a growing packaging company Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,500.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service Language: * Intermediate English (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
