Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive mark on the world! **Employee Type** Trust-based employee**Position Objective** Coordinate and lead the planning of operational activities in the labeling services area**Responsibilities and Activities** Coordinate and administer activities in the labeling services area Implement continuous improvement activities for the conditioning process 1\.\- Identify opportunities for simplification and innovation in activities aimed at reducing costs, improving conditioning service quality, and enhancing process efficiency. 2\.\- Analyze proposals and projects from the conditioning area, verifying cost\-benefit ratios for implementation within operations. 3\.\- Monitor the development of area-specific and technological projects for cost reduction and improvement initiatives, verifying their documentation and definition within identified opportunity areas. 4\.\- Monitor the implementation of approved and documented projects by the conditioning area, verifying training and certification of personnel involved in the implemented changes. 5\.\- Propose, verify, and validate—jointly with Planning—the optimization of the conditioning process to achieve maximum execution capacity, creating and updating the following: * Time standards * Layouts of conditioning lines * Conditioning families * Product presentations * Machinery and equipment requirements * Human resource staffing plan Conduct the candidate selection process for the vacant position.
