Serve as a liaison with clients, supervisors, and staff, maintaining constant communication and listening to suggestions. Complete logs, incident reports, and emails regarding activities and events. Coordinate with other departments and address client requests, ensuring quality service. Ensure the team knows and applies the specific security protocols for the service.
