Application of problem-solving methodologies. Ability to anticipate potential issues. **Specific Competencies:** Proficiency in operating machine tools such as: surface grinders, bench drills, milling machines, lathes, CNC machines, oxy-fuel cutting equipment. Advanced welding knowledge. Experience handling hand tools, polishers, diamond files, polishing stones, Class "A" sandpaper, buffers, moto-tools, verniers, squares. Formability analysis (CGA or ARGUS and thickness analysis). Proficiency in Office, CATIA, AutoCAD, CAD\-CAM.
