Position Summary: Support the company's strategic vision by generating and retaining customers, contributing to revenue processes, and providing useful accounting information for decision-making. Objective: Help achieve the company's strategic vision by supporting the generation and long-term retention of high-quality customers. Responsible for contributing to revenue processes and procedures to deliver clear, useful, relevant, reliable, accurate, and timely information for decision-making; process and ensure all business revenue-related transactions are properly recorded. Perform administrative tasks including filing, record control, and correspondence preparation; type and record all company revenue transactions. Support the accounting department in managing and controlling revenue and in recovering overdue accounts receivable. * $12,800\.00 net monthly salary * Statutory benefits * 20-day year-end bonus Monday to Friday, 9:00 am \- 6:00 pm with one-hour lunch break; Saturdays, 9:00 am – 2:00 pm Gender: Unrestricted Age: 25 – 45 years Flexible schedule availability * Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience in this position or similar * Interest in attending social and cultural events * Preferred experience in marketing, logistics, or service companies * Proficiency in accounting systems and invoicing software (e.g., SAP, CONTPAQi, or others) * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, reporting, reconciliations) * Knowledge of tax and accounting regulations related to accounts receivable * Excellent personal presentation * Residence accessible to the workplace * Employment stability * Flexible and available schedule Location: Isabel La Católica 462, corner of Pinzón, Gray-and-White Building, adjacent to Torre Católica, Fraccionamiento Reforma neighborhood Salary: $12,800\.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
