Job Summary: We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive with experience in the full commercial process, capable of managing a customer portfolio, prospecting new opportunities, and building strong relationships. Building strong relationships with customers **Inside Sales Executive** **Your Responsibilities** **What will you do in this role?** * Manage and develop an existing customer portfolio, ensuring its growth and retention. * Identify new business opportunities (cross\-selling, upselling, and prospecting). * Execute the full sales process, from opportunity identification to closing and implementation. * Independently prepare and follow up on quotations. * Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. * Conduct post\-sales follow\-up to ensure satisfaction and repeat purchases. * Record and provide visibility into your commercial activities in the CRM. * Actively participate in commercial campaigns and lead generation. **Your Profile** **What are we looking for?** * Prior experience in commercial roles, ideally in logistics, freight forwarding, or B2B services. * Experience managing customers and developing business. * Knowledge of the end\-to\-end commercial process. * Ability to handle objections and build value propositions. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. **We are looking for someone who:** * Demonstrates proactivity and does not wait for instructions to act. * Has a strong results orientation and commercial mindset. * Is self\-managed and accountable for their goals. * Enjoys customer interaction and business generation. * Possesses communication, negotiation, and relationship skills. * Is resilient and able to work under pressure. * Listens actively to identify opportunities and create value. **We offer** Competitive salary \+ superior benefits \+ bonus scheme.
