Position Summary: We are seeking a Hot Kitchen Assistant to support pasta, dough, and specialty dish preparation while maintaining cleanliness of their assigned area. Key Highlights: 1. Support in the hot kitchen and dish preparation 2. Mise en place and area cleaning 3. Support to the oven section HOT KITCHEN ASSISTANT **Some of the responsibilities:** * Support in the hot kitchen for pasta and dough preparation * Mise en place of their assigned area * Preparation of dishes and specialties * Cleaning of their assigned area * Support to the oven section *Starting salary: $8500 INITIAL TO $9500 per month* *BASED ON SKILLS* Tips: 3500 TO 4500 per month ***Requirements:*** * Must reside near the restaurant (city center area) or have easy access * Age 22 to 29 * Minimum 1 year verifiable kitchen experience * Technical or incomplete degree in a related field ***Schedule:*** Tuesday to Saturday, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM Sunday, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM Employment type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $8,500.00 \- $9,500.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
