Develops operational and project management strategies Totalplay invites you to join its team as: FIBER OPTIC EXTERNAL PLANT SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitoring of Field Crews (Fiber Optic Installation Technicians and Assistants) Troubleshooting Audits of field crews Validation of reports Field operational strategies Inspection of cabling, pole mounting, and cable splicing—both underground and at height Project management Customer service 50% field work and 50% office work Work area: **ECATEPEC/COYOACAN** REQUIREMENTS: Experience managing field crews Mandatory 2–3 years of experience in fiber optic installations / OTDR / FTTH / GPON, both internal and external plant environments.
