Responsibilities * Disseminates and manages compliance with institutional rules, policies, and programs among assigned personnel. * Develops training plans and programs for staff. * Supervises compliance with established controls of material, physical, and necessary resources in their area. * Conducts investigations into patient and family complaints, reports findings, and proposes alternative solutions. * Prepares work schedules and staff assignments. * Assigns patients to nursing staff. * Conducts rounds through different departments to verify their proper functioning. * Collaborates with the UVEH unit to prevent healthcare-associated infections. * Supervises that nursing staff correctly implement international patient safety goals.
