Guarantee of quality and industrial safety in plastic manufacturing. **Production Supervisor \- Essential in Plastic Manufacturing** **Job Objective** Ensure adherence to the production schedule through proper personnel supervision, resource optimization, and performance indicator tracking, guaranteeing quality, safety, and efficiency in operations. **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** 2 to 5 years in production supervision. * **Age:** No restriction. * **Availability:** Willingness to work rotating shifts. * **Competencies:** Results-oriented mindset, leadership, teamwork, analytical thinking, continuous improvement focus. **Required Knowledge** * Interpretation of production indicators (KPIs and OEE). * Manufacturing processes (injection molding, assembly, packaging, etc.). * Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement. * Quality control. * Industrial safety and hygiene. * ERP or production system operation. * Production planning and control. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate daily production activities. * Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of the production plan. * Manage and develop operational staff (attendance, discipline, performance). * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). * Implement corrective actions for production deviations. * Ensure compliance with quality standards. * Promote industrial safety and hygiene practices. * Coordinate basic preventive and corrective maintenance. * Optimize processes to improve productivity and reduce costs. * Prepare daily production reports.
