Traffic and Transportation Management: Supervise scheduling and tracking of transportation routes to ensure timely deliveries. Coordinate efficient use of vehicles and carriers. Monitor compliance with traffic and safety regulations. 2\. Operational Logistics Control: Ensure proper documentation. 3\. Process Optimization: Analyze logistics processes to identify improvement opportunities. Implement new technologies or strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Manage the budget allocated to logistics and transportation operations. 4\. Personnel Management: Supervise transportation operators, drivers, and logistics staff. Coordinate the team's daily tasks to meet operational objectives. Provide ongoing training and development to employees under supervision. 5\. Problem Resolution: Handle incidents or unforeseen events during transit or logistics operations. Resolve delays, appointment management, or documentation issues. Requirements: 1\. Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Additional training in transportation and traffic management. 2\. Professional Experience: Prior experience in traffic, logistics, or transportation areas, preferably in supervisory or coordination roles.
