




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and analytical leader with experience in F&B management to supervise staff, coordinate operations, and ensure quality and service excellence in an international cuisine restaurant and Neapolitan pizzeria. If you share our values and interests, we welcome you to join our team! **What We Are Looking For:** * Proactive and energetic personality with a strong sense of urgency * Analytical mindset and appreciation for following processes and procedures * Leadership ability to manage, train, and supervise team members * Minimum 3 years of verifiable managerial and/or supervisory experience in the F&B industry, including resource management and customer service (guests, suppliers, etc.) * Results-oriented and goal-driven work approach * Flexible availability to rotate shifts * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Gastronomy, Tourism, or related field **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervision and coordination of staff under direct responsibility regarding service, productivity, cleanliness, order, proper equipment operation, service delivery, etc. * Leading daily team meetings and follow-up (goals, daily production, continuous improvement areas, special events) * Monitoring and auditing of procedures and/or recipes * Reviewing, taking, and auditing inventories, as well as supervising proper equipment functionality and storage * Managing and requisitioning supplies while maintaining cost percentage balance * Preparing operational and administrative reports (incidents, results, purchases, sales, costs, service, etc.) * Resolving conflicts and issues; effective communication * General support in service delivery and guest interaction * Cash handling, cash register control, and invoicing Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term employment contract Application Question(s): * Do you reside in Pachuca, Hgo., and are you available to rotate shifts and work until 12:30 AM?
