




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage procurement, inventory, and supplier relationships, ensuring effective service to internal customers and optimizing supply processes. Throughout our history, we have established a strong national presence with over 70 branches in major cities such as CDMX, Monterrey, Guadalajara, and across the Mexican Republic. Requirements: * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. * 1–2 years of experience in procurement, warehousing, supply, and internal customer service — mandatory. * Must reside no more than 1 hour away from the workplace. **Technical Knowledge:** * **Understanding of invoice structure and components.** **• Basic to intermediate Excel skills (tables, filters, summations, comparisons).** **• Experience with inventory systems, ERP, or procurement platforms (e.g., Odoo).** **• Fundamental principles of procurement and supply.** **• Data analysis (stock levels, turnover, requirements).** **• Supplier management and quotation handling.** Responsibilities: * Perform merchandise transfers between warehouses or branches using the corresponding system. * Request, analyze, and compare supplier quotations. * Verify product availability and propose alternatives or substitutes when an item is unavailable. * Support purchase order preparation and tracking. * Review and understand invoice structure. * Provide support to internal customers: branches, employees, and supervisors. * **Analyze inventory, consumption, and replenishment time data to support decision-making.** * Maintain up-to-date supplier information, pricing, and purchasing terms. * **Track pending orders and delivery timelines.** **Competencies and Skills:** * Quick learning ability. * Attention to detail. * Effective communication. * Excellent service and interpersonal skills with internal customers. * Analytical and problem-solving capabilities. * Proactivity in proposing procurement alternatives. * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requests simultaneously. ***What We Offer:*** * Base salary. * Statutory benefits. * 15-day Christmas bonus. * IMSS coverage from day one. * 12 vacation days + 30% vacation premium. * INFONAVIT and FONACOT contributions. * Employee discounts within the company.
