Job Summary: The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for executing preventive, corrective, and facility modification maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance plans. 2. Coordinate painting, masonry, electrical, plumbing, and metalworking work. 3. Supervise the implementation of good practices (5S and ergonomics). **Términal Logistics is seeking a** MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR. The candidate will be responsible for executing preventive, corrective, and facility modification maintenance activities, ensuring proper functionality of spaces and equipment. **Main Responsibilities** * Support assigned tasks from the immediate supervisor related to the area. * Ensure compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance plans (daily, weekly, and monthly). * Coordinate painting, masonry, electrical, plumbing, metalworking, and drywall work. * Maintain control and records of services performed. * Supervise the implementation of good practices (5S and ergonomics). * Prepare weekly reports and support purchase order generation. **Requirements** * Education: Completed or incomplete higher education, or upper secondary education (preferably technical) in Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 2 years in general maintenance or similar positions. * Knowledge of warehouse installations and general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, drywall, and finishing). * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office software and computer equipment. **Competencies** * Teamwork * Organization and work quality * Effective communication * Initiative and proactivity * Reliability and responsibility * Willingness to travel to Mexico City International Airport (AICM) and Felipe Ángeles International Airport (AIFA).
