**SHOPPING CENTER \- PUERTA TEXCOCO located in Texcoco.** We are currently looking for: "Maintenance Manager" We Offer: * Starting gross monthly salary of $18,700 / weekly payroll payment * Direct contract with the shopping center / 100% IMSS registration * Benefits from the first day * Regular shift from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm (2 hours for lunch) and according to operations or special events. * Work schedule from Monday to Sunday / one weekday off) Requirements: * **Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar roles and activities, verifiable, in BUILDING MAINTENANCE** * Completed university studies preferred * (personnel management, inventories, budgeting, internal and external suppliers, special event installations, plumbing, drywall, electrical work, painting, furniture, and finishing work) * Up-to-date official documentation (INE, IMSS, CURP, RFC) * Preferably live nearby or have no issues with schedules and commutes. Responsibilities: * Organize and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of our special equipment * (generators, power plants, forklifts, pumping equipment, etc.) * Organize and supervise general maintenance in masonry, sanitary systems, plumbing, gardening, drywall, welding, electrical work, etc. * Supervise maintenance tasks performed by external providers and ensure work quality upon delivery. * Coordinate and lead the maintenance team to ensure efficiency and high-quality work. * Manage maintenance planning strategies and budgets to optimize resources. * Guarantee the shopping center's operational continuity and make timely decisions. * Lead and motivate the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. * Administer the maintenance department's budget, ensuring efficient resource utilization. * Coordinate with the purchasing department to meet the shopping center's maintenance requirements. * Lead various maintenance areas (special installations, facades, shopping center maintenance)
