Internal control and administration of human and financial capital. **CONTROLLER/ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER** for Production Plant. **Job Objective:** Lead, supervise, and control all financial, accounting, administrative, and internal control functions of the organization; directly manage accounting, procurement, treasury, accounts payable, HR, and general services departments; guarantee operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and proper administration of human and financial capital. **REQUIREMENTS:** \-Bachelor's degree in Administration or Accounting (preferably with diploma). \-Advanced knowledge of Excel and ERP systems. \-Experience in internal control; experience in PRODUCTION companies is desirable. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **DAILY** 1\.Review procurement department activities and treasury management (payment plan). 2\.Address deviations, risks, or out-of-control processes identified. 3\.Review accounting department activities, update and record accounting entries in the ERP. 4\.Review preliminary bank reconciliations. 5\.Control and monitor accounts payable (negotiations). 6\.Follow up on pending or erroneous accounting transactions. 7\.Support sales, payroll, general services in stores, commissions, etc. 8\.Support operations department to ensure timely and appropriate supply of production inputs. 9\.Coordinate with Procurement and Warehouse departments to resolve supplier discrepancies. 10\.Supervise HR department: payroll calculation, attendance incidents, employee onboarding/offboarding, recruitment. 11\..Ensure timely payment to all service providers to avoid operational interruptions. **WEEKLY** 1\.Prepare cash flow statement. 2\.Prepare income statement. 3\.Review accounts payable. 4\.Report on tracking and control of employee onboarding/offboarding, payroll payments, bonuses, absences, attendance, etc. 5\.Prepare procurement plan (payments, negotiations with suppliers). 6\.Follow up on accounting matters. **MONTHLY** 1\.Perform monthly accounting closing, ensuring all records are complete, deadlines are met, and the plant’s operating costs are accurately reflected in financial statements. 2\.Conduct monthly cash flow analysis. 3\.Review tax or service payments. 4\.Maintain updated administrative documentation. 5\.Verify compliance with health regulations. 6\.Report on tracking and control of employee onboarding/offboarding, payroll payments, bonuses, absences, attendance, etc. **WE OFFER:** \-Base monthly salary: $30,000 net initially; after 3 months, adjusted to $35,000 net (mixed compensation scheme). \-Statutory benefits. \-Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. \-Work location: Texcoco de Mora, State of Mexico.
