Experience in cloud migration projects, advanced conversational English, experience working in multidisciplinary teams. Ensure successful execution of assigned projects (annual value of USD 10–30 million, 1–2 projects). Ensure proper definition of project scope and execution plans. Execute projects aligned with defined KPIs (time, resources, budget, and quality). Communicate project progress and performance effectively. Ensure adherence to PMO-defined methodologies and processes. Requirements and Technical Skills Design the project strategy aligned with current requirements and future vision of user needs. Ensure appropriate staffing for the project (internal staff, external contractors, vendors, etc.).
