We invite you to apply for the following position: **"Flexible Packaging Production Supervisor"** **KNOWLEDGE:** ***Minimum 2 years of experience in printing and flexible packaging converting processes (mandatory).*** Meet production programs according to established standards in safety, quality, and cost. Ensure process productivity while minimizing waste. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Review, discuss, and agree on production schedules with the planning department. Maintain strong communication with the materials supply area (warehouse and shipping). Ensure compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Coordinate resources and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage teams of approximately 15 to 30 unionized employees, attend to their needs, validate activities, provide training, and maintain constant motivation. Provide daily feedback to staff regarding production results. Ensure equipment is equipped with proper safety devices for operation. Ensure product specifications are met throughout the production process. Quality Management Systems ISO9001: 2015 / FSSC 22000\.
