At **SIIC**, we are seeking a **Maintenance Supervisor or Coordinator** to lead department activities, ensuring optimal operation of our facilities and compliance with internal processes. **Job Requirements:** * Proven experience in **maintenance administrative areas**. * Proficiency in **Excel** (intermediate–advanced). * Experience with **AutoCAD** for interpreting and/or creating technical drawings. * Knowledge of **material requirements**, tools, and inventory control within the department. * Ability to **coordinate and manage personnel logistics**. * Experience assigning tasks, tracking activities, and on-site supervision. * Management skills, effective communication, and ability to work toward objectives. * **Willingness to travel to various locations across Mexico.** * Driving skills (manual and automatic transmission). * 3 to 5 years of proven experience. * Degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (Required!) * Age: 25 to 45 years **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Prepare reports, logs, and administrative documentation for the department. * Manage requests for materials, tools, and external services. * Supervise operational staff and ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards. * Create drawings, sketches, or basic modifications in AutoCAD when necessary. * Ensure compliance with internal safety and hygiene regulations. * Collaborate with other departments to address operational needs. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary: $14,000 net monthly. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Direct hiring, no intermediaries. * Biweekly payments. * Bonuses for meeting objectives.
