At **SIIC**, we are looking for a **Maintenance Manager or Coordinator** to lead department activities, ensuring optimal operation of our facilities and compliance with internal processes. **Job Requirements:** * Proven experience in **maintenance administrative areas**. * Proficiency in **Excel** (intermediate–advanced). * Ability to use **AutoCAD** for interpreting and/or creating technical drawings. * Knowledge of **material requirements**, tools, and inventory control within the department. * Skills in **personnel coordination and logistics**. * Experience in task assignment, activity tracking, and on-site supervision. * Management capabilities, effective communication, and ability to work towards objectives. * **Availability to travel to various locations across Mexico.** * Valid driver's license (manual and automatic transmission). * 3 to 5 years of proven experience. * Degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (Required). * Age: 25 to 45 years old **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Prepare reports, logs, and administrative documentation for the department. * Manage material requisitions, tools, and external service orders. * Supervise operational staff and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. * Create drawings, sketches, or basic modifications in AutoCAD when necessary. * Ensure compliance with internal safety and hygiene regulations. * Collaborate with other departments to address operational needs. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary: 14,000 net monthly. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Direct hiring, no intermediaries. * Biweekly payments. * Bonuses for achieving objectives.
